Make it Fit!

Class Description
In this class, students will choose a sewing pattern to custom fit to their body. We'll go through the process of selecting the correct starting size, making alterations on paper, and fine tuning the fit with a muslin mock up. Students will leave with a customized pattern which they can sew on their own or bring to a drop in open sewing class for guidance. This class is recommended for advanced beginners and up. Some experience working with sewing patterns is required. PLEASE NOTE: There is no class on April 22nd Bring a sewing pattern you'd like to make or browse through our selection of new and vintage patterns. Muslin for making mock ups is available by the yard at Patchwork.
Class Meetings
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the start of your class to receive a full refund. We are unable to offer refunds within the 48 hour period, though you are welcome to send somebody else in your place if you can't attend. Just let us know! If you need to cancel, please reach out to us at patchworkcommunitycraft@gmail.com. Since spaces are limited, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellation at any time for classes taught by guest or visiting teachers. Most classes require a minimum of two students to run. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you'll be notified 24 hours before the start of class and will receive a full refund.
